There was a time in my life when I felt completely lost.

After struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and addiction, I wasn't sure I'd ever find my way back. During treatment, I wrote one phrase everywhere I could:

You matter.

Those two words became my reminder to keep going. Eventually, they became the foundation of this brand.

You Matter Co. exists to spark conversations about mental health and remind people that healing isn't linear, their feelings are valid, and they are never alone.

Because everyone deserves to be reminded they matter.
